"Between democratic reality and virtual reality", end of studies Master's thesis, Master 2 Immersive UX design, 2017.
This Master’s thesis is the result of my research on the subject of collaborative democracy and the ongoing crisis of representativeness in western countries. It appears that designers hold keys to produce mediators in the form of tools, and to be one themselves, in order to create and strengthen links between citizens, institutions and public services.
